About This Assessment

This situational judgment test is designed to assess the core leadership competencies required for a Veterinary Practice Manager role within the Pets at Home group.

You will be presented with 5 realistic practice-based scenarios and asked to describe how you would respond. Each question targets a specific competency and is scored on a 1–5 scale.

What to Expect

• 5 scenario-based questions, presented one at a time
• Free-text responses — describe how you would handle each situation in your own words
• Follow-up prompts may be shown if your initial answer needs further development
• A detailed scoring report at the end, with feedback on each competency
• A pass score of 15 out of 25 (60%) is required

Before You Begin

• Set aside approximately 20–30 minutes to complete the assessment without interruption
• Answer in your own words — there are no trick questions
• Do not refresh your browser during the assessment; your progress will be lost
• You cannot return to previous questions once you have moved on
• The assessment is best completed on a desktop or laptop computer
